Seeking direct mail companies that have programmatic relationships with customers and that utilize digital printing technology; however, our client will consider companies that utilize traditional printing technologies provided that the company has strategically begun migration towards an offering centered on data and technology. Sophisticated documents management system services are preferred, including data analytics and customer acquisition modeling, but not traditional advertising agency services. Locations will be considered that are south of the Mason Dixon line and east of the Rockies, as well as very select locations in the west. The target size is a company with revenues in the range from $2 million to $10 million.

Seeking Label – Shrink Sleeve – RFID Companies

GAA is representing a buyer seeking to acquire label manufacturing companies with $10 million to $20 million revenues. The ideal company we are seeking has flexo or digital printing capabilities, produces labels, shrink sleeves durable labels used in supply chain management and asset tracking, or RFID labels. Our client prefers a company with  a well-trained workforce, long-term client relationships and sales personnel (or owner) that will assist to transition and maintain the book-of-business with new ownership. Our client will consider a wide range of geographic locations. Our client will also consider working with financially challenged companies seeking to merge with revenues in excess of $5 million.

Seeking Commercial Printing Companies to Merge with Maryland Commercial Printing Company

GAA is representing a buyer seeking to acquire a company with $2 million to $5 million revenues. The ideal company we are seeking has offset capability, 28” or 40” multi-color press work, digital print. Expertise and business in packaging (folding cartons or label) is also desirable. Web storefronts is a plus. Profitable, as well as financially challenged companies are of interest.
