Rich Hauer is a corporate finance professional with over 30 years of experience assisting management teams, equity holders, family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and creditors to increase entity value. He founded H3 Consulting Group in 2014 to provide executive management and financial advisory services to middle-market companies. He holds an MBA in International Economics and Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Hauer previously served in positions at FTI Consulting, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Vornado Realty Trust, and Deloitte. He currently serves on the Board of Directors Executive Committee for the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
