PPS will be relocating its manufacturing to our New Bedford facility in Massachusetts while keeping a sales and administrative office in Kansas. This strategic acquisition will allow NFI to expand its capabilities and customer base. This third acquisition for NFI strengthens our growth position in the US market and our commitment to keeping high tech manufacturing jobs in the US.
